Falling Brook Mason Ohio New Construction Ranch Condos & Patio Homes For Sale
Shopping for a new upscale golf course condo or patio home in Mason Ohio? Falling Brook is the solution! We're talking Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses right next door at The Golf Center of Kings Island. Add ranch style floor plans (three to pick from) and an infinity pool (don't see that every day!). And right next door is the Lindner Family Tennis Center? Falling Brook is within a mile of the I71/SR741 interchange, so heading south to Cincinnati is a snap! And you've also got Kings Island across the highway, so your condo comes with a regular fireworks show during the season!
There's plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options within a short distance of Falling Brook. Mason was also selected #7 in the U.S. by Money Magazine in 2013 for Best Places To Live (50,000 and less population). One note of caution: don't let Falling Brook's Mason mailing address mislead you, these condos are in Kings Local School District and NOT Mason City Schools. Kings is still highly rated, but don't purchase one of these condos expecting Mason City Schools!
Falling Brook is a work in progress, and in 2013 the plan changed from having ONLY attached ranch condos to include the addition of patio homes. Currently Hal Homes offers three floor plans for the ranch condos: Valhalla, Muirmont and Oakmont. Depending on the model it's two bedrooms with a study or three bedrooms with the conversion option that removes the study. One of the bedrooms is on the finished lower levels. Walkouts are common. The patio homes will be similar in size and amenities, but a bit more up the price ladder since these are detached homes with full lawn care included.

Sales and building were basically halted for several years (post 2007) and returned in earnest in the 2012/2013 time frame. However, days on market are VERY long for the new Falling Brook construction homes urrently offered in Cincinnati MLS. Despite the amenities offered, $300k and above condos are at the high end of the Mason market, even with the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and tennis center adjacent.
And by the way, you don't save any money by visiting and contracting new construction directly from the builder. Our fees are already included in the base price, whether you hire an agent or not, so why not have someone who is ONLY looking out for your best interest?
