Cincinnati New Construction Patio Homes The Enclave At Fairfield Falls by Ryan Homes
Fairfield Falls by Ryan Homes is offering new construction of both single family homes (The Village at Fairfield Falls) and patio homes (The Enclave at Fairfield Falls). The homes are affordable, with prices starting in the mid/upper $100's, but expect to pay in the $200's by the time you add desired options.
Our Search Fairfield Falls Homes For Sale below includes both The Village and The Enclave homes for sale. The Village is to the left as you enter Fairfield Falls and The Enclave is to the right. Search results ONLY include homes listed in Cincinnati MLS, but since Ryan Homes has plenty of lots available on both sides of the community, your best bet to fully explore the community is to have us make an appointment with the builder's rep to discuss all your options!
The Enclave at Fairfield Falls is a bit different than most patio home communities as Ryan Homes is finishing a community originally started by Dixon Homes. The existing homes are primarily full brick wrap. Ryan Homes is offering homes that are a bit more economical, and vinyl siding around the sides and back will be typical. Additionally, snow removal from the sidewalks and driveway is NOT part of the community offering for the patio home section. Lawn mowing however is part of the patio home HOA coverage.
Ryan Homes is offering 4 floor plans for Fairfield Falls (click the link for details). All are ranch style, 3 or more bedroom homes starting at 1400+ square feet of living space. Again, starting prices approximately $160,000, but expect to finish over $200,000.
Ryan Homes is offering additional floor plans for The Village at Fairfield Falls (click for details). These are two story homes and NOT patio homes, but regular single family homes in that section of Fairfield Falls. Size and pricing start similar to the patio home section, with 3 of the 4 plans STARTING in the mid/upper $100's, but again expect to finish above $200,000.
And by the way, you don't save any money by visiting and contracting new construction directly from the builder. Our fees are already included in the base price, whether you hire an agent or not, so why not have someone who is ONLY looking out for your best interest and not the builder's best interest?
