Harbour Town Village offers West Chester luxury patio homes built by Great Traditions in a gated community, with prices in the upper $300's, but most likely to the be in the $400's and even into the $500's depending on floor plan and amenities chosen. In this case Great Traditions refers to them as courtyard homes rather than patio homes, but the principle is essentially the same, low maintenance and no exterior yard work.
Harbour Town Village is part of the Wetherington community, so a membership to Wetherington Golf & Country Club is an option! Located just off of Liberty Way, there's easy access to I-75 to ease your commute south to the Cincinnati area, north to Dayton or into Mason if you work at P&G or Luxottica. And right across the street is the proposed Liberty Way Center, bringing restaurants and shopping in the near furture. And until that is built, the Voice of America shopping/dining/park complex is close by, and Union Center isn't far either!
Don't be fooled by the narrow fronts of the Harbour Town Village homes, because they're actually quite spacious, with more emphasis on depth than width, and a number of them border the man-made lake in the center of the Harbour Town Village community. Typical square footage is in the 3000's although there are some smaller.
Harbour Town Village still has new construction courtyard homes available. Great Traditions is offering new construction patio homes with eleven floor plans. Most floor plans feature 3 bedrooms with the option to go 2 or 4 total bedrooms. Before meeting with the builder's rep, we'd strongly suggest hiring a buyer's agent to represent you.
