Now the great thing about the Epcon Community courtyard homes is they're taking low maintenance to about the highest level you could hope for! Just like a patio home, lawn mowing, snow and leaf removal are taken care of. But unlike most patio homes, owners in The Villas At Park Place don't have to take care of the exterior of their homes either! Your HOA fee covers any eventual exterior painting, siding replacement or roof repairs. AND they're not done there, because they also take care of trash, sewer and water, and include a homeowner's insurance policy. You just need to insure the contents of your home.
