• There is NO guarantee that golf course view will last forever.  In late 2013 Crooked Tree Golf Course shuttered due to poor business results, and there weren't any takers when it was offered for sale.  Western Row Golf Course closed years ago and that land is be turned into more homes and commercial development.  That golf course view that is SO appealing today COULD be converted to more homes, so keep that in mind. 
• Don't forget the damage potential from the occasional stray shot too.
