Riverwood Trails of Kings Mills is an unexpected find tucked away behind Kings High School and up above the Little Miami River!  Riverwood Trails is a pocket subdivision at the end of Walnut Street and if you didn't know to look for it you'd totally miss it!  Basically a T-shaped community layout with 76 homes in a variety of floor plans, most with two car garages and full basements.  This is more of a starter home or first bump up community.  A side benefit is you're in Deerfield Township, so there's no city tax.  And you have access to Kings School District, which is highly rated. There's no huge amenity package in Riverwood Trails, so you save on HOA fees (only $225/year).   

Riverwood Trails offers a convenient location within a mile of the I-71/SR741 interchange so commuting to Cincinnati is convenient! 

Now also close by is extensive dining, shopping and entertainment options within a couple of exits off of I-71.  You can readily access Deerfield Towne Center.  Love upscale food?  You're just minutes from The Wildflower Cafe in downtown Mason.  Jersey style pizza?  Aponte's on Rt 42 is a short drive away too.  You've got golf on the other side of I71 at The Golf Center.  Ride the coasters at Kings Island which is just around the corner.  Now you might get tired of the nightly Kings Island fireworks, but if you love fireworks you've got a close seat without paying for a ticket!
